Yass Aged Care Foundation Inc.

Formed in 1990, Yass Aged Care Foundation Inc. (YACF) has raised over $6 million in funding for the benefit of aged care in the Yass Valley local government area.

YACF has helped to provide aged residents of the Yass Valley with safe, comfortable accommodation and professional care at Horton House Nursing Home and Warmington Lodge for almost three decades.

With an unwavering commitment to support the local community, YACF is managed by a board of local citizens who volunteer their time gratis.
